3. Dining and Reservation Policies

Reservations

Reservations can be made through our website or by phone at +64 22 517 946. We recommend booking in advance, especially for weekends and special events.

• A credit card may be required to secure a reservation for large groups or special events.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel reservations at our discretion.

Dining Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is disruptive, intoxicated, or violates our policies.

• Dress code: smart casual. We reserve the right to refuse entry if attire is deemed inappropriate.
• No outside food or beverages may be brought into the restaurant.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors in accordance with New Zealand law.

4. Offline Poker Lounge Policies

General Poker Lounge Rules

The poker lounge is a physical, offline card room. No online gambling, betting, deposits, withdrawals, cash winnings, tickets, or monetary values are involved.

• All poker activities are conducted in person at our premises.
• Poker is played for entertainment and social purposes only.
• No real-money wagering or gambling is permitted on the premises.
• Players must be 18 years or older to enter the poker lounge.

Poker Lounge Conduct

Players are expected to follow the rules of the game and the instructions of our staff. Cheating, collusion, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the lounge and possible banning.

• No electronic devices that could be used for cheating are allowed at the tables.
• Alcohol consumption is allowed in moderation; intoxicated players will be asked to leave.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to anyone.

5. Private Events and Group Bookings

Event Bookings

Private events and group bookings are subject to availability and require a deposit to secure the date.

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Final guest count and menu selections must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will forfeit the deposit.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Member Conduct and Liability

Member Conduct

All guests and members must behave in a respectful and lawful manner while on the premises.

• Harassment, discrimination, or violence of any kind will not be tolerated.
• Damage to property caused by a guest will be charged to that guest.
• We reserve the right to ban individuals who violate our policies.

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Savory Feast is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of our website or visit to our premises, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.
• We do not guarantee the availability of any particular dish, table, or poker game.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service.
